Cheap claymore mine under $20 Diy

Hello all after about 2 hours of searching the web i found a perfect diy video on an airsoft claymore mine.

Before paint.
Parts list.
2 rat traps. Not those flimsy mouse traps
Duct tape
A small wood or plastic box 24 x 17 x 5 cm (9.5" x 7" x 2")
4 small eyelets
Hot glue
Fishing line

wow thanks grey! I've been thinking about buying a claymore, you know to cover those back entrances to sniper hides (or trails...) but they usually run upwards of $100. This is going to be my next project, thanks for posting.

Great little toy. I made one of these a couple of years ago. They work well but they do not hurt at all when hit. In fact you can only just feel it when hit. Still, if it hits the enemy, then a kill is a kill no matter how much they feel it.

Just made one. Couldn't find a pre made container, so I started from scratch, and built a box out of wood. Came out pretty decent.

As you can see my handiwork is pretty crude, and so is the final product, but it flings bbs pretty good so I'm happy. The trigger was a pain to get to work (a straight nail doesn't work in this case...) but I got it so the trigger is pretty sensitive.
