I purchased a sdik kit from these guys over 3 weeks ago. I have called and emailed several times with no return messages...are these guys a scam?

I have also ordered from them, multiple times. Excellent customer service, they always respond on Facebook too. They are in Canada and have to wait for orders from EdGi and then send to you. Might take a little while but it’s totally worth the wait!
