I can't really understand what you mean, perhaps you can attach pictures. If you're talking about a standard 45° VSR trigger, and is the serrated area to grab onto the spring guide stopper, then yes it is one single piece, part of the spring guide stopper
I don't know for that particular one. But you can try and make one from scrap steel. Just make sure it is not porous and clean any rust, and you should be good to go. Or you can try and get any spring guide stopper and modify it to fit
Anytime. If you plan to continue down in this rabbit hole of a hobby, DIY-ing and improvising will be your best friend
