Alright well I feel kind of stupid. After fiddling with it for a few hours, I finally came up with the idea to twist the adjustment screw on the back of the trigger box. Suddenly, almost like magic, all of my troubles went away ?

 

Everything seems to be fitting in perfectly, the trigger box is perfectly against the receiver, and from what I can see the sears are in place properly. I?ve tried adjusting its positioning quite a few times so I don?t really know if that?s the problem all though I don?t know what else it could be.

 

Yeah I?ve tried, this sucker gets jammed pretty tight. I?m just going to see if I can get a replacement trigger set as I don?t believe it?s anything to do with my assembly.

 

I had a similar problem with my AA 0 trigger. I discovered the area of my receiver where the sears went through was just tight enough to stop the piston catch sear from occasionally returning to position. Make sure all your sears have enough clearance.

 

Have you tried pulling back the bolt again after it locks up? Giving it a pull often fixes jams like this.

Definitely AA trigger related I'd say :shrug:
