I was working on my A&K M24 which uses a VSR-10 hop unit and one of the two screws holding the shells together stripped. for whatever reason the screws had a thread lock glue on them.

anyway, its stripped enough to make disassembly and reassembly annoying but still possible. Are there and places to get replacement screws?

I ended up buying replacement screws from Lowes.
I measured the length and width then found something simular in the screw section.

yea I need to do that... One of the screws was over torqued into the hop unit. the head of the screw sheared off so I have to drill and extract the screw if possible. otherwise I need to drill it out and find a tap small enough to cut new threads....
