So I installed some barrel spacers on my bar10 the other day. I am trying to disassemble the thing to do some tinkering and noticed that the spacers are so tight that no matter how much force I put on it it doesn't come out. I can't be the only one to have had this problem so my question is are there any strategies or techniques to remove the barrel group other than just forcing it out?

I don't know of any special techniques but I would avoid putting any pressure on your inner barrel itself in case you accidentally bend it.
I recommend getting something like a screw driver and placing it against ur hop-up chamber, then lightly tap on the screw drive until it breaks free. If that doesn't work, get a mallet and pound on the screw driver until the hop chamber comes out.
Either way, take special care to not bend your barrel.

This could work but you could spray some silicone spray on the spacers to reduce friction. Try this when you get your barrel out.
I made my spacers out of tape and coated them with lithium grease so that they slide in and out freely
