Hi all

Wondering if anyone knows where i can buy the front o ring from the piston.

Mine is all scratched, from my old cylinder...

A name or model of o ring would be helpful.
Thanks !

Just a heads up, the AA blue pistons are notorious for having a bad airseal. In my experience the AA piston may need a even larger o-ring (#14) to get a 100% airseal, but at that point the oversized o-ring will have a lot of friction inside your cylinder which will decrease your FPS.

I used the AA piston for about 2 years and it was the bane of my build. I recently picked up Springers new piston and I am completely in love! I’m using the AA Teflon cylinder btw

I will have a look at that, just bought myself a teflon cylinder, so once i get a new o ring will decide if piston will need changing.

Thanks for the heads up.

LE: btw does the springer piston work with the AA spring guide ?

One thing I found when working on AA pistons is that the front guide ring sometimes sits too far in, it goes a bit into the channel of the o ring. That is an issue that destroys the airseal on AA blue piston, it pushes the o ring, you need to grind down the delrin ring a bit so that it does not interfere in the channel.
