Here it is, the BullTrigg 1 piece upper barrel set for BAR10/VSR10.

TL;DR, just buy it because it is worth the $252 USD after shipping. It improves the stability of the inner barrel and accuracy. It took over a month to get but was worth the wait. Tracking stopped updating in customs then updated a day before it was delivered.

The review broken into 4 parts.
1 Fit and finish
2 TDC
3 Range testing out to 300 feet / 91 meters!
4 Conclusion with photos

Fit and finish

The fit is pretty tight between the bolt and installing the inner barrel. It might need grease or some breaking in period. The tight fitting inner barrel is what gives this a massive improved accuracy over the stock barrel. I have a action army hop up installed and it fits tightly in, I had to screw the barrel cap on to finish the last push to seat the hop up unit.

The finish is a little weak, it already scratched just resting and shooting it sighting in my scope. I have some gun camo on the way which should fix any skuffing issues.

TDC

It uses a M3 screw either 8mm or 10mm according to the email I got from BullTrigg. I was able to use my spare screw from the rail that came with my JG BAR10. To install this all you have to do is remove the screw nut part #10 from action army photo of the unit. Keep the spring and your nub of choice, push the arm sown inserting through the end of the barrel, keep it lined up do not tilt or shake because the nub could become misaligned. Then use the M3 screw through the TDC hole, and it goes though the center of the arm for a more even pressure applied to the hop up arm. Previously I had a Skeees TDC which was hard to install, but had small precision clicks. I prefer the BullTrigg simple 1 screw design. You could still drill another hole and make it work if you wanted. The only downside of BullTrigg TDC is it gets hard to tighten towards max hop up, you night need a Allen screw. Mine is dialed in for 300 feet on .40s using my fingers, The cold could make it hard to turn, but it was of easy to get it turned to 300 feet.

Range test

First test was to 250 feet which was the standard of my old outer barrel. I was using a kids plastic pool from walmart as my target leaned against my old pool ladder. I hit 8 out of 10 hits. I moved to around 275 feet, still 8 out of 10 hits. Finally pushed it the furthest I could go in a straight line to 300 feet or 91 meters. I had one miss fire and hit 8 out of 10 hits on target.

Conclusion

The orignal JG Bar10 outer barrel was narrow and not even from the bolt end to muzzle. It made it hard to create a stabilizing piece to work, even my action army stabilizing parts had issues fitting and I never used them.
The BullTrigg barrel is wide and even from end to end, it comes with 3 tight fitting spacers which enhances the accuracy. The TDC hole saves a lot of money, my 3D printed Skeees TDC cost around $40 USD after shipping. Massive improvement from my old outer barrel to this, from 250 feet with Medicare accurcy to 300 with 80% hit rate.
It was worth every penny for the Bulltrigg.

I cant wait to test this out in a few weeks, only thing left I could do now is add a maple leaf stock and EDGI lapping barrel.

Adding more photos as limit was 5 in OP.

Here is the photo of the hop up, new spot for tdc to apply pressure

More direct pressure vs the old hex screw on the end of arm. You can see the screw marks in the center.

Looks great! I definitely want one eventually! Especially since they make the for lefties!! I prefer a solid click TDC like a scope turret BUT with a screw style I just add a dab of RTV or so. Anything that tightens up the screw a little. Yours seems good though since it’s solid with the hop set!! Nice review!!

I think if you were building a rifle from scratch, or already had a janky BAR10 to upgrade this would be worth it.

I wouldn't universally state its worth $252 to everyone though. Many of us have no issues with our 2 piece non TDC turret setups. Shimming the outer barrel is a cheap, effective way to get excellent accuracy without spending more money.

I tried to make my own before with duck tape, really wasn't that great. Due to the barrel being different sizes throughout.

This adds a new design and much easier just to use the spacers.

My Skeees hop up did have the glue come off the turret at one point and I had to order another one and regular the m3 nut.
Yes it is alot of money, I could have bought a Tokyo Marui p90 again or a mp5k. But for the hassle for me it was worth it after sniping for 3 years. This isn't for everyone. But for me after seeing the 50 foot distance increase and stability in accuracy its like a brand new gun to me.
