My question is then. Should I go with the Mb08 sniper or Cyma.700? Pros and cons? Which is the most reliable? The Cyma seems to be more lighter and Reliable?
Okay, it is actually a few spare parts and upgrading kits to the Cyma.700 also. But what you think? Should i go with the mb08? Reading about a few issues with the MB08.Haven't heard anything about cyma 707 or 708 yet, but personally i would choose MB08 for ease of upgrades and spares. But if R700 chassis is more to your liking, i would suggest you to get Double Eagle M66.
Or just get a VSR and ML S2 chassis lol
Hm, sorry but VSR? What is that? 🙄Most people here will tell you to go for VSR. About issues on a certain gun, most if not all of them could be handled with some modding experience or simply better quality parts. And good, proven system. Which both VSR and MB08 (uses APS-2 system) has. So it depends on you.
Get to know what you want in detail for your sniper, try to find the one that satisfies most of your need, and keep researching.
Personally i'll go for MB08 since i'm not a VSR fan lol.
Just wonder which gun I would choose. Its my first. But the VSR is a model, more i dont know. You joined an airsoft sniper forum but don't know what VSR is?
Man
Okay! Thank you.If it's your first time, then it's a good idea to look for everything first then decide afterward. There are a lot guides here and you can just read it or skim it to give you an idea.
VSR is the pioneer of sniper made by Tokyo Marui, and because of that it has become most of the base for famous airsoft Bolt Action Sniper Rifle (BASR). Some famous example is Novritsch SSG10 and AAC T10/T11. Fall behind it is APS2 system (imo though) which MB08 has. Other more known example is Novritsch's SSG24 and SSG96.
If you really want to go for airsoft sniping, i suggest you to watch youtube videos about it to give you even more idea what you're in about.
What kind of issues has the MB08? The mb08 has a upgraded kit from factory is says. 520fpsHoly-
I missread Cyma 700 as Cyma 708, okay my bad
But still, i prefer MB08. Cyma 700 is kind of VSR based but not really interchangable.
Okay, understand. But that upgraded model. That is better than stock, right?Being a cheap gun out of the box, it's bound to poor, mediocre at best performance. It has folding stock which makes cylinder takedown even easier than previous version.
There's upgraded version yes but it's still better if you get the standard one and later get the internal upgrade from aftermarket store so you aren't restricted to only one option.
Also, again spend your time researching first before buying. Get to know what you want in detailed. You don't want to spend money on something you don't want/enjoy. I did that once and it's enough to make me grief and disheartened at airsofting.
Yes, but i doubt it would last long because it's still aluminium and not steel. Or if you power it down to below 500 fps.Okay, understand. But that upgraded model. That is better than stock, right?
I'm pretty sure I had something similar. The issue here is that in airsoft (unlike in life hehe) power is not everything. You will still need to upgrade the hopup and barrel parts to get optimum performance. What kind of issues has the MB08? The mb08 has a upgraded kit from factory is says. 520fps
